How long will my fresh wreath last?
When displayed outdoors in cooler climates, our fresh evergreens typically last between 4 to 6 weeks. If displayed indoors, they will stay fresh for approximately 2 to 3 weeks depending on the humidity and proximity to heat sources.
When will my order be shipped?
During the checkout process, you can select a specific shipping week. We harvest and hand-craft our products to order to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival at your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and most locations in Canada. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary for orders outside the contiguous United States.
How do I care for my live greenery?
To extend the life of your greenery, mist the back of the wreath or centerpiece with water every few days and keep it away from direct sunlight or heat vents.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! You can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process at no additional cost. We never include pricing information on the packing slips for gift orders.
What is your return policy for live products?
Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
